Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship from Amsterdam to all addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our shipping partner is PostNL, and we pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery.
Standard shipping within the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days and costs €4.95. Orders over €50 ship free. For Belgium, delivery takes 2–3 business days at €6.95, with free shipping on orders over €75.
Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are packed and shipped the same day. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a track & trace link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We’re currently working on expanding to Germany and the rest of Europe. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your country.
Returns & exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@icetheboys.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Prefer an exchange instead? Just let us know in your return email which product you’d like instead, and we’ll arrange the swap directly. If there’s a price difference, we’ll charge or refund accordingly.
Warranty
All Ice The Boys products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with the cooling gel, stitching, elastic, and shell integrity that arise from normal use.
Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered by the warranty. This includes gradual reduction in cooling capacity after extensive use (500+ cycles) and cosmetic changes to the fabric.
If you believe your product is defective, contact us at hello@icetheboys.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement if the defect is covered.
