Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the Ice The Boys website (icetheboys.com) and any other interactions with Ice The Boys B.V., registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KVK: XXXXXXXX, VAT: NLXXXXXXXXB01). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All products are described as accurately as possible on our website. Product images are representative but may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and photography. All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This confirmation constitutes a binding purchase agreement between you and Ice The Boys B.V. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes.

We accept payment via iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Bancontact. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers (Stripe and Mollie). We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to cancel the order, unless the delay exceeds 30 days.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

In accordance with Dutch consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason (cooling-off period). All Ice The Boys products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Dutch and EU law, which cannot be limited by these Terms. For warranty claims, contact us at hello@icetheboys.com.

Ice The Boys products are wellness products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes from using our products. Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your fertility or testosterone levels.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and trademarks — is the property of Ice The Boys B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

The Ice The Boys name, logo, and product names are registered trademarks (or pending registration) of Ice The Boys B.V. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of our website, or your purchase of our products shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
